Established in 1898, Frostburg State University is a four-year university located in Frostburg, Maryland and is part of the University System of Maryland. Currently around 5,200 students are enrolled in the university. The university offers over 40 fields of study in the performance and visual arts, humanities, natural and social sciences, business, physical and teacher education at both the undergraduate and graduate level. The university awards bachelors, masters, Professional and Graduate Certificate degrees.
